Pink Lake Producers is a farmers’ collective led by James Preuss, a fifth-generation farmer and agricultural scientist. We’re a little bit geeky about genetics, pastures, and carcass data—and completely uncompromising about welfare and flavour.
We raise what we can on our own country and partner only with like-minded Australian producers when we need a different species or breed, or the finest wild-caught seafood. Same philosophy, same respect for land and animals, same refusal to cut corners.
